Working with You

We sit down with you to discuss concerns and assess needs. We encourage you to ask questions and involve family in our discussion. We also ask for important information about what you can afford to pay for care. With your permission, we will work with accountants, attorneys, and/or estate planners to determine resources available for care. Then, with valuable input from a primary care physician, we evaluate the situation and develop a care plan for your consideration.

Working with YouOur discussion with you will be about appropriate and safe care. We will coordinate care as needed, provide lifestyle support, and relocation assistance if needed.

If admission to a long-term care facility is needed, we encourage you to visit the facilities you are considering and we will be happy to accompany you on your visits. We guide in determining what questions to ask and understand what to look for in a facility.

Once you have reached a decision, we assist in reviewing admissions contracts and complicated paperwork to be sure you are being treated fairly.
